The Toronto Wellness Festival (TWF) is the inaugural urban chapter of the beloved BUMI Festival. With years of experience curating immersive wellness gatherings internationally and across Canada, our team is thrilled to plant new seeds in Toronto.
For 2026, we have chosen the iconic Mel Lastman Square as our home. We believe wellness should be accessible to everyone – not just in retreats, but right here on Yonge Street, amidst the bustle of daily life.

The name “Bumi” finds its roots in the Sanskrit language, meaning “Mother Earth,” and in the Persian language, it is translated as “locals” or “inhabitants of a place.” At Bumi, we gather as inhabitants of this earth to celebrate life, ground ourselves in nature, and tap into the magical power of wisdom. Through BUMI’s wide range of workshops and performances led by our international team of mystics, healers, yogis, musicians, and artists, you can immerse yourself for 5-full days in daily yoga, meditation, healing circles, sacred movement, and dance.
